Speed limit?

Why is there a paragraph dedicated to the speed limit on Rt. 211, that advises travelers to avoid Page county?

Nowhere on the table does it state "staunchly Democratic county". Out of seven elections from 1912-1936, five out of seven Democrat won and two Republicans won. Stating "staunchly Democratic county" is wp:synthesis.
...it became one of the first historically Democratic counties to break away... is not stated on the table. Please wp:cite a wp:reliable source; or, use wp:NAMEDREFS
